The first method is for Android 10 or the latest version users. It does not require any root or even any other app. If you are an Android 10 or the latest version user you can easily see the WiFi of any saved network by following these easy steps.

Step 1: Head to the WiFi setting

  • Go to your phone’s setting
  • Tap on Network & Internet
  • Now select WiFi  

Step 2: Head to saved networks

Now when you are inside the WiFi setting page scroll down or up and select the saved networks option which shows your saved networks on your device.

Step 3: See or create a QR code

Using Google Platform tools for your Windows or Mac OS set up ADB on your system.

Now connect your mobile to your Pc and enter the following command in order to locate the device’s wifi configuration file.

$ adb shell
$ su
# cat /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf

Copy this file and enter the code below

# cp /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf /sdcard/
# exit
$ exit
$ adb pull /sdcard/wpa_supplicant.conf ~/Downloads/

Step 4

Now head to the downloads folder and open the wpa_supplicant.conf file. Then head to a line with the code “network={“).

Under this line, go to a line starting with “psk=”. Now the password for the WiFi network will be mentioned after the equal “=” mark.
